WHAT MAKES FOR A GREAT LOAN EXPERIENCE?

It is a very sad fact that approximately 76% of the loan officers that were operating in Santa Barbara and San Luis Obispo counties a scant five years ago are no longer in business. So, what makes us , right here in Santa Maria, stick around and even prosper?

We’re told by our clients that we seem to have a compass pointing us in the right direction. That focus on the right direction makes us better at what we do than the banks.  We’ve been successfully specializing in two main areas–First Time and Move Up Homebuyers. The end of proper actions consistently taken–results in affirmative answers to these three simple questions:

1. Will I be given education, presented choices, then–recommendations of the very best loan for my situation?

2. Does my loan officer have the experience, and their company–the resources, to give me what I’m promised, when it’s promised?

3. Will my loan officer be communicating with me all along the way?

Simple things, really. But if there is any doubt at any point in the Real Estate Process–your “due diligence” demands that you run, not walk to a company that does perform.
